Shocking experience. Checked in on a Sat had rang Friday to see if i could drop my suitcase early, lady said yes drop in morning , got there and no one there a sign saying mon to fri .check in was for 2pm they didnt have room ready untill 3. Even though when i booked it said 7days open and 2pm checkin. Walked around for 5 hours dragging a 25kg suitcase. Brought some dinners to heat in oven , it didnt work and labels worn off oven and stove. Had to use elements the extractor fans throughout entire apartment didnt work and entire apartment smoked out so couldnt use again in case fire alarm went off. Had to dump food at end of stay.Bathroom filled with condensation after using shower and dryer. If i could give minus 5 stars i would.
Staff was really rude, a they don’t take account for there stuff ups, bad experience! Would not reccommend it
Nicely presented 2 bed/1 bathroom apartment inc car park (not used) inc full kitchen and plenty of storage. Weather rainy and we didn’t use outdoor pool. Not staffed on weekend M-F only-not ideal. All instructions for keys via text/email. Location was further than expected from Central Station to walk and area was hilly otherwise was a pleasant stay.
