압구정로데오에서 일정이 아침부터 있어서 주차도 되고 찾아 숙박한곳이에요! 발렛도 좋고 숙소도 좋고 수압도 좋고 최고입니다
가게와 같은 모든 것이 도보 거리 내에 있습니다.
Reviews of this hotel that I do not recommend1. I can hear the noise from the room next door so clearly. It is so loud that I cannot sleep. (Conversations, loud noises, sex sounds, etc.)2. I complained to the hotel about the noise three times over the course of three hours, but nothing was resolved.When I complained the first time, I asked to change rooms, but they said there were no rooms available.When I complained the second time, they said they would just warn me again and drank.When I complained the third time, I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I requested a refund, but only then did they say they had a room available and would change my room.After the third complaint, the hotel told me to contact Agoda about the refund request, but when I actually filed a complaint with Agoda, the hotel refused to refund me. They do not listen to customer requests at all.3. The condition of the room? It is really bad. Not only is the wallpaper peeling off, but the air conditioner is so old that it is unrecognizable, and there is so much dust in every corner. Also, there are bugs in the bathroom and mosquitoes even in the winter.I can’t attach photos because Agoda doesn’t allow it, but please don’t go there.I’ll write a review on other apps with photos attached.Never Use this hotel해당호텔 비추천 후기1. 옆방소음이 너무 생생하게 잘들립니다. 잠을 잘 수 없는 수준입니다.(대화소리, 고성방가, 성관계 소리 등)2. 호텔에 소음관련 3시간에 거쳐 3차례 컴플레인을 했으나 해결되는 것이 없었습니다.1차 컴플레인 때 방을 바꿔달라고 했지만, 객실이 없다고 하셨습니다.2차 컴플레인을 드렸지만 또 주의만 주시겠다고 하시고 마셨습니다.3차 컴플레인에 도저히 안되겠어서 환불요청을 했지만, 그제서야 방이 있다며 방을 바꿔주겠다고 했습니다.3차 컴플레인 후 환불요청에 대해 호텔측에서는 아고다 측에 문의하라고 했지만, 실제로 아고다에 불만접수 했을 때 호텔측에서 환불을 거절했습니다. 고객의 요청사항을 전혀 귀담아 듣지 않습니다.3. 객실상태? 정말 별로입니다. 벽지가 벗겨진건 물론이고 에어컨은 형체를 알아볼 수 없을 정도로 노후화되었으며, 구석구석에 먼지가 너무 많이 쌓여있습니다. 또 실제로 화장실에서 벌레는 물론 겨울인데도 모기가 돌아다닙니다. 아고다에는 사진첨부가 안되서 사진은 못첨부하지만 절대가지마세요.다른 어플에는 사진첨부해서 다 후기작성할 예정입니다.절대 가지마세요.
