골든 샌드 아파트먼트은 만족도가 높은 숙소이며 골드코스트에 있습니다.
The location is 7mins drive from surfer paradise, beach access apartment which is good. Has nice side ocean views and bed room as well. Apartment is clean and nice simple design. They do have washer and dryer but dryer not working great. Reception is very helpful but no after hour help to be contactable as we had electrical circuit board issue. Call the building mgr and it was rejected every single time. So no aircon, tv for the night and wait till 9am to get reception help to call for maintenance.
We were advised back in June when booking that the renovations would be completed by Oct…and was quite disappointed to see they were still quite a few going on. Gorgeous and perfect location, just not having those finishing touches (no tiles on balcony, paint covered carpet in foyers, doors half painted, no outdoor area to enjoy, that’s why we booked plus more) and hearing drilling, banging reverberating through the building when you’ve paid a lot and no reduced cost because of the Reno’s was a little upsetting. The unfinished Reno’s wasn’t communicated with us leading up to the stay. Will be a perfect place to stay when completed. I would love to go back when finished.
