Staff were friendly and very obliging, the location is fantastic for Dreamworld. The rooms themselves are very tired and as such feel unclean despite the staffs best efforts to maintain them. Bathrooms have been renovated which is good but the rest of the room could do with that too. Previous reviews have suggested replacing carpets, which is agreed with from an appeal, cleanliness and allergy perspective.Rooms have a microwave, bar fridge and tea and coffee facilities which was helpful. We had an issue with the room being made up for 4 people rather than 5 as per our booking but this was sorted by the staff the next day.Serves its purpose as a walking distance base if you are spending the day at dreamworld and want to avoid traffic and parking woes.
