레인보우 호텔은 만족도가 높은 숙소이며 서울에 있습니다.
This hotel is near subway station, therefore, very convenient. However, for solo female travellers, hotel is in a small quiet alley, therefore, good to be back early if coming back alone or Uber back if it is very late in the night. Service desk person was nice to help upgrade me to a better and bigger room for a nominal amount (hotel is fully booked) after I was a bit concern about a slight mould smell in the first room . He assured me that he will personally supervise to make sure that the new room is cleaned properly as I need to rush out for the day. Really appreciates coming back to a clean and comfortable room. He is very thoughtful to ensure that I understood the rules concerning my stay due to our language limitation and how to operate things in the room and even turned on the bed heater so that I can have a warm bed when I checked in at night.
