I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property.When I made the booking, the room description clearly mentioned that it included a balcony or terrace. This was a key reason for my reservation, as I specifically require a balcony due to being a smoker and not being able to stay comfortably in an air-conditioned room without one.However, upon arrival at reception, I was informed that no room with a balcony was available. This was extremely disappointing, as it did not match the information provided at the time of booking. Due to this issue, I checked in at 6:00 PM but had to check out the same night at 11:00 PM, as I was unable to stay comfortably under these conditions.I believe this situation reflects a clear mismatch between the advertised room features and the actual room provided. I kindly request that you review this matter and provide an appropriate explanation and resolution, including consideration of a refund for the unused night.
extremely happy with our stay, the staff were friendly and honestly couldn’t do enough. Very quiet, hot shower, will definitely use again
